-Orders must be paid in full by Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Wire/Bank transfer prior to shipping.

- Shipping is thru Fedex and live arrival is guaranteed.  Please send an email if you are local to Western North Carolina and would like to arrange a local pickup

- If an animal arrives deceased, the buyer must email/call Sundown Reptiles immediately upon delivery with photographic and video proof, and a refund will be issued. 

-We only ship Monday - Wednesday. We do not ship on Thursdays for Friday delivery, due to the possible event of a package being delayed over the weekend.

-Payment plans are offered on an agreed upon basis, with total payment required on animals at the end of agreed upon timeframe (Usually 30 days). If payment is not completed in full at the end of the payment period, animal is subject being re-listed without the initial deposit being refunded.

-We offer a two day health guarantee on all animals; if your animal falls ill within that period, it needs to be returned in order for us to either replace it if we have a similarly priced animal, or offer a credit for the amount paid for a future purchase.

-A refund, minus 25% (restocking fee) of the sale price and shipping costs, will be given up to 48 hours after the purchase of reptiles if the customer decides against their purchase after payment has been made and specimens are returned as they arrived, to Sundown Reptiles.  The 25% restocking fee that is kept may be used as a credit towards any animal in the future.   

-The health guarantee does not include external injuries or those that are due to keeper error.
